Programming
The Living Well Mission programming can be separated into two primary pillars: youth engagement and building resilience. Keep reading for examples of our program opportunities and advocacy.
Youth Engagement
Imagination Station
Imagination Station is a program for kids (3-5) and their caregivers. The program is centered around play.
The Well Station
We are open in Penn Yan on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. In Dundee we are open Tuesdays and Thursdays. Students are provided a great meal, time to study and/or hang out, and activities that include: community service, skill development and interaction with other adults in the community.

Building Resilience
Good Inside
Good Inside is a parent education group based on Dr. Becky Kennedy’s book, Good Inside. This group meets twice a month to discuss parenting techniques that will lay a foundation for all meeting the needs of all kids as they grow and develop.
Yates Thrives
A program that works with families who have experienced domestic violence. Referrals to this program come from Safe Harbors of the Finger Lakes.
Community Advocacy
Our Community Advocate walks with people who are in need of utility assistance, SNAP application assistance, HEAP application assistance, and referrals to appropriate agencies to meet other needs.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are at the core of The Well. We have a dedicated volunteer coordinator who will help match volunteers skills and interests with our program.
